Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information NRCO Solutions collects through nrcosolutions.com and related communications, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Who we are
NRCO Solutions LLC (“NRCO Solutions,” “we,” “us”) is an IT services and custom software company based in Austin, Texas. This policy applies to nrcosolutions.com and to inquiries you send us. Work we perform for clients is also governed by the agreements for that work.
Information you give us
When you send an inquiry, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your company name and the service you are interested in, if you provide them
- Your project description
- An optional phone number and the country you select for it
We also receive the information you include when you email us. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the form or by email.
Information collected automatically
- IP address and approximate location. When you send an inquiry, our server records your IP address and an approximate location derived from it (city, state or region, and country). The location comes from a geolocation database hosted on our own server; your IP address is not sent to a third party for this lookup.
- Usage information. Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived, and general device and browser details. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or message contents to Google Analytics.
- Security signals. On the Contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a submission comes from a person rather than an automated program. Cloudflare may process device, browser, and network signals for this purpose.
- Server logs. Our web server keeps standard request logs (IP address, requested page, date and time, browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use information
- Respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible engagement
- Provide, manage, and improve our services
- Protect the website and the inquiry form from spam, abuse, and duplicate submissions
- Understand how the website is used so we can improve it
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
Phone numbers
A phone number is optional. If you provide one, we use it only to respond to your inquiry or to discuss your project. Providing it does not sign you up for text messages or marketing, and we do not share it for others’ marketing.
How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to operate our business:
- Google delivers and stores inquiry emails (Google Workspace) and provides website analytics (Google Analytics)
- Cloudflare provides the Turnstile verification check on the Contact page
- Our hosting provider (IONOS) hosts the servers that run the website and the inquiry service
- Professional advisers, such as accountants or lawyers, under confidentiality obligations
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public
- A successor organization if NRCO Solutions is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies for analytics, and Cloudflare Turnstile may use similar technologies for security. See our Cookie Policy for details and choices.
How long we keep information
- Inquiries and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting relationship, and meet business, tax, and legal record-keeping needs
- Records our server uses to prevent duplicate submissions and limit abuse are deleted automatically within about two days
- Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting
- Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and limits on the data we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to provide a copy of it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you.
Depending on where you live, including California, Texas, and other U.S. states, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under local law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows. If we decline your request, you may ask us to reconsider it.
To limit analytics, you can block cookies in your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Visitors outside the United States
We are based in the United States, and information is processed and stored there. Where the law of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and operating the website, on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, on consent where it is required, and on our legal obligations.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
Our website links to other websites, such as those of clients and partners. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, provide additional notice on the website.
